5 Things I Want To Learn!

There's a saying, "What you do is who you are." In order to do things, you will need some skills. I will need some skills, Just like I need the skill of writing in order to converse with you with the way I am. Here are 5 things that I want to learn in order to, well to simply put it, live my life. 1) Web Development: It's such a wonderful skill to have if you wanna see any of your thoughts, any of your ideas put into action. To create cool stuff, to build something which can improve your and other people's lives. Learning web development is one of the best things I could do for myself. As I'm a person who gets all sort of ideas, I would love some of them to take a proper structure and  see them work. 2) Marketing:   This beautiful skill is terribly misunderstood. It can be a means to connect us with basically anyone we want. It can be a means to share our thoughts with the world. It is in a way, a study of human psychology. And even the thought of getting to k

Why Everyone Should Read

As the novelist Walter Mosley once said, "I'm not saying that you have to be a reader to save your soul in the modern world, I'm saying it helps." I thinking reading is one of the most beautiful habits that one could cultivate. It is the fastest means to get a deep dive into the different worlds that exist in this very world. Or even the different worlds created by the powerful capabilities of the human mind. It is the fastest means to get exposure. When you read something which speaks to you, you learn speaking to yourself. When you have a habit of reading, you learn and grow by design. You learn to live a better life and you start living a better life.  You learn to have conversations with people because when you're reading a book, you are actually listening to a person, you're listening what a character has to say, you are listening what an author has to say, you are listening to what you are feeling, you are listening to what you are thinking, thus you ar

Key Lessons I Learnt in 2021

At the start of 2021, I  was working towards my age old dream of becoming a doctor. I always had this belief that pursuing this profession is the best thing I could do for my life, as I love helping people. So, I was preparing for the entrance examination that would get me in a good medical college. Only to realise that I didn't want to do it in the first place... It's a story... When I was in 9th grade, I felt really sick. I got so weak that I was hardly able to walk. I was having beliefs that I am gonna die lol. It was viral fever accompanied by typhoid. But no doctor nor no amount of blood tests were able to diagnose it. Finally in the fourth test, after I don't know how many gallons of my blood were taken out, I was correctly diagnosed. But then no doctor was prescribing effective medicines! Fever kept flying higher and higher, 103,104, 105. The highest temperature I remember correctly was 107.3. Fahrenheit, of course. I kept travelling from this doctor to that doctor.

A BOOK I WOULD LIKE YOU TO READ

Have you ever wondered why you are living your life the way you do? Have you ever wondered if living it the way you do is how you'd actually do it, if given a choice? Why do you think it isn't your choice already? If any of the above questions ring some bells in your head, I think this book is worth looking into. The book I'm gonna talk about is THE SUBTLE ART OF NOT GIVING A FUCK  by Mark Manson. The title of the book might make you think "Oh! Not giving a fuck. I know all of this shit, it's about being indifferent. No thanks!" Hold on. The book is not about being indifferent. If anything, the book is about a completely opposite ideology. It aims to show us how to give a fuck about things and what to give a fuck about in order to make our lives better. It's a book about values. The author states that being indifferent means not living. In order to live a fulfilling life, you need to give a fuck about something, you should care about something which means
